主要目的:探究时间干涉对意识障碍患者促醒的疗效 次要目的:探索时间干涉刺激丘脑的促醒机制  

Objectives of Study:

Primary objective: To investigate the efficacy of TI in promoting arousal in patients with Disorders of Consciousness Secondary objective: To explore the awakening mechanisms mediated by TI stimulation targeting the thalamus.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

① 神经退行性疾病、脑肿瘤术后等病因造成的意识障碍; ② 合并癫痫(入组前1月内有过癫痫发作); ③ 金属或电子装置植入物(例如心脏起搏器、耳蜗植入物、深部脑刺激器、脊髓电刺激、动脉瘤夹、脑室腹腔分流术后内固定装置等); ④ EEG、MRI和PET-CT禁忌,无法完成检查; ⑤ 可能影响研究的其他严重疾病。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) Consciousness impairment caused by neurodegenerative diseases, brain tumors and other causes; (2) Combined epilepsy (seizures within 1 month before enrollment); (3) Metal or electronic device implants (e.g., pacemakers, cochlear implants, deep brain stimulators, spinal cord stimulation, aneurysm clips, internal fixation devices after ventriculoperitoneal shunts, etc.); (4) EEG, MRI and PET-CT are contraindicated, and the examination cannot be completed; (5) Other serious diseases that may affect the study.

采用统计软件SPSS 22.0(IBM, USA)的随机数函数进行计算机生成随机分组,入组患者按照1:1随机分配到丘脑组和假刺激组。随机由中央随机化系统完成。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method):

Computer-generated randomization was performed using the random number generator in SPSS 22.0(IBN, USA).Enrolled patients were randomly assigned in a 1:1 ratio to either the thalamic stimulation group or the sham stimulation group. The randomization process was implemented through a centralized randomization system.
