研究目的:

本研究将基于镜像疗法的康复机制设计基于增强现实镜的数字化镜像康复系统,提出基于数字化手段的镜像疗法康复训练范式,丰富脑卒中患者在居家-社区场景下的康复训练思路和方式,提高患者的康复积极性,帮助患者进行有效的康复训练,恢复上肢运动功能。其次,本研究将通过实施增强现实镜像的上肢康复训练系统,研究对卒中后上肢功能障碍患者训练的影响。该研究将为增强现实镜像视觉反馈的可行性提供理论依据,为社区、居家环境提供系统化、规范化的MVF治疗方案,以期提高脑卒中后手与上肢功能障碍疗效。  

Objectives of Study:

Based on the rehabilitation mechanism of mirror therapy, this study designs a digital mirror rehabilitation system based on augmented reality mirror, and proposes a rehabilitation training paradigm of mirror therapy based on digital means, which can enrich the ideas and methods of rehabilitation training for stroke patients in the home-community scene, improve the enthusiasm of rehabilitation of patients, help patients to carry out effective rehabilitation training, and restore the upper limb Based on the rehabilitation mechanism of mirror therapy, this study designs a digital mirror rehabilitation system based on augmented reality mirror, and proposes a rehabilitation training paradigm of mirror therapy based on digital means, which can enrich the ideas and methods of rehabilitation training for stroke patients in the home-community scene, improve the enthusiasm of rehabilitation of patients, help patients to carry out effective rehabilitation training, and restore the upper limb motor function. Secondly, this study will investigate the effect of the augmented reality mirror upper limb rehabilitation training system on the training of patients with upper limb dysfunction after stroke by implementing it. This study will provide a theoretical basis for the feasibility of augmented reality mirror visual feedback, and provide a systematic and standardized MVF treatment plan for communities and home environments, in order to improve the efficacy of hand and upper limb dysfunction after stroke.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

(1)明显视觉、听觉功能障碍,或患有其他脑器质性疾病或精神疾病者;(2)健侧肢体感觉、运动功能障碍者;(3)接受过镜像疗法干预或正在接受其他非侵入式脑刺激(如rTMS、tDCS等)干预的患者;(4)既往有癫痫、脑出血病史及严重的心、肺、肝、肾等重要脏器功能衰竭者,不可控的高血压、心律失常、严重冠心病、糖尿病合并症控制欠佳者;(5)不能产生镜像视错觉或不能主动配合、依从性不佳者。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) obvious visual and auditory dysfunction, or other brain organic diseases or mental diseases; (2) patients with sensory and motor dysfunction of the contralateral limb; (3) patients who have received mirror therapy or are receiving other non-invasive brain stimulation interventions (such as rTMS, tDCS, etc.); (4) patients with previous history of epilepsy, cerebral hemorrhage, severe heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ failure, uncontrolled hypertension, arrhythmia, severe coronary heart disease, and poorly controlled diabetes; (5) unable to produce the illusion of mirror vision, unable to actively cooperate, and poor compliance.
