研究目的：

本研究面向亚急性早期阶段的幕上缺血卒中患者，评估iTBS对亚急性早期阶段幕上缺血卒中患者运动功能的影响。同时基于时-频-空域，多维度地探讨小脑靶点的iTBS对亚急性早期阶段缺血性卒中患者脑可塑性的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

This study investigates the effects of intermittent theta burst stimulation (iTBS) on motor function in subacute early phase supratentorial ischemic stroke patients. Furthermore, it conducts a multi-dimensional exploration of the impact of cerebellar target iTBS on brain plasticity in subacute early phase ischemic stroke patients across spatio-temporal-frequency domains.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

TMS和MRI的禁忌症（如颅内、头皮下有金属植入物，非铁磁性种植牙除外）；幽闭恐惧症；癫痫、严重影响交流的失语或认知障碍；此次发病前已卧床＞2月；既往3个月内接受过经颅磁刺激治疗；既往有严重听力障碍、酒精依赖史。

Exclusion criteria：

Contraindications to TMS and MRI (e.g. intracranial or subcortical metallic implants, except non-ferromagnetic dental implants); Claustrophobia; Epilepsy, aphasia or cognitive impairment that severely impairs communication; The patient had been bedridden for more than 2 months before the onset of the disease. Patients received transcranial magnetic stimulation within the past 3 months; He had a history of severe hearing impairment and alcohol dependence.

本研究将采用盲法，对受试者、评估者、数据分析者均设盲，治疗干预时，考虑经颅磁刺激的特殊性，将为受试者佩戴降噪耳塞以减少声音刺激对患者的影响。

Blinding：

This study will be blinded to the subjects, evaluators and data analysts. Considering the specificity of transcranial magnetic stimulation, the subjects will wear noise-reducing earplugs to reduce the impact of sound stimulation on the patients.
