主要目的：探索维持性血液透析患者持续存在的症状群并识别各个症状群内的核心症状。次要目的：分析持续存在的症状群及其核心症状的影响因素。

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To explore the symptom clusters that persist in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis and to identify the core symptoms within each symptom cluster. Secondary purpose: To analyze the influencing factors of the persistent symptom clusters and their core symptoms.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患有精神疾病或意识障碍； 2.合并严重全身感染，急性左心衰，严重脑血管后遗症，肿瘤等严重威胁生命的疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffering from mental illness or consciousness disorders; 2. Accompanied by severe systemic infections, acute left heart failure, serious sequelae of cerebrovascular disease, tumors, and other life-threatening diseases.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	研究使用EDC进行数据采集和管理，双人人检查数据的合理性并进行录入。 ①为确保数据完整性和准确性，数据的来源应保证途径一致，由专人收集数据，所有问卷均在当场收回并进行核查，以便及时补充遗漏和纠正错误。纸质数据收集后独立保存于加锁的柜中，电子数据可进行患者身份识别后进行唯一标识码标号并加密处理，以此避免数据丢失和错误。必要的审核人员可在政府允许的范围内进行审查，除研究人员外的人员将不会查看数据。 ②资料收集内容应与研究方案保持一致，并尽可能简单明了，不应收集和该项研究无关的数据，若在统计分析中发现有遗漏、未用或多余的数据要加以说明。数据的录入将由两位经过培训的护理研究生单独录入并进行双人核对后保存，若出现数据不一致的情况，需要进行进一步核对和修改。
Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	This paper studies the use of EDC for data collection and management, and double people check the rationality of the data and enter it. ① In order to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the data, the sources of the data should be consistent, and the data should be collected by special personnel. All the questionnaires were collected on the spot and checked, so as to supplement the omissions and correct the mistakes in time. Paper data are collected and stored independently in a locked cabinet, and electronic data can be labeled with a unique identification code after patient identification, so as to avoid data loss and errors. The necessary auditors can review within the scope permitted by the government, and people other than researchers will not view the data. ② The content of data collection should be consistent with the research plan, and as simple and clear as possible. No data irrelevant to the research should be collected. If there are missing, unused or redundant data found in statistical analysis, it should be explained. The data will be entered separately by two trained nursing graduate students and saved after double checking. If the data is inconsistent, it needs to be further checked and revised.
