研究目的：

探索通过术后凝血参数预测VTE发生的早期诊断方法  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the early diagnosis method for VTE occurrence predicted by coagulation parameters after operation

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）急诊手术（2）年龄高于75或小于18岁（3）拒绝参与试验或无法提供血液标本（4）预计生存期小于3个月（5）预计术后需要VTE药物预防（6）精神疾病（7）预计术后卧床>10天（8）术后重症感染（9）术后并发症需要二次手术

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Emergency surgery;
(2) age does not match;
(3) Refusing to participate in the trial or provide blood samples;
(4) Expected survival period is less than 3 months;
(5) Expected to receive VTE drug prevention after operation;
(6) Mental illness;
(7) Postoperative bed rest over 10 days;
(8) Post-operative severe infection;
(9) Needing secondary surgeries due to post-operative complications.

金标准或参考标准（即可准确诊断某疾病的单项方法或多项联合方法，在本研究中用于诊断是否有该病的临床参考标准）：

同时满足以下3项： 1.深静脉血栓或肺血栓栓塞症的临床表现 2.D-二聚体> 0.5 mg/L 3.彩超/CT肺动脉造影/静脉造影等影像学证实静脉血栓的客观存在

Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):

Objective diagnosis of VTE was mandatorily based on clinical manifestations, D-dimer levels, and the results of compression ultrasonography, ventilation/perfusion lung scan, or spiral computed tomography pulmonary arteriography

VTE风险积分： 1.凝血酶生成仪检测术后次日清晨乏血小板血浆凝血酶生成潜力（ETP） 2.术后次日血浆D-二聚体水平（D-二聚体） 3.术后次日血浆纤维蛋白原水平（FIB）

VTE risk score: 1. Thrombin generation potential on a calibrated automated thrombography system (Thrombinoscope BV, Maastricht, Netherlands) in the day 2 morning after operation; 2. D-dimer concentration in the day two after operation; 3. Fibrinogen concentration in the day two after operation.

目标人群（可以是某种疾病患者或正常人群，详细描述其疾病特征，注意应纳入符合分布特点的全序列病例，具有良好的代表性）
