研究目的：

本研究旨在比较探讨超声辅助定位改良旁正中入路在行全髋关节置换术髋关节炎患者蛛网膜下腔麻醉中是否优于触摸法定位旁正中入路，对提高穿刺次数，一次穿刺成功率，提高患者难易度等方面有无明显优势。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to comparatively explore whether ultrasonic-assisted positioning for the modified paramedian approach is superior to the touch-based positioning of the paramedian approach in subarachnoid anesthesia for patients with hip arthritis undergoing total hip arthroplasty, and whether it has obvious advantages in aspects such as reducing the number of punctures, increasing the one-time puncture success rate, and improving the ease for patients.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1．神经系统病变 2. 穿刺部位局部感染 3. 凝血功能障碍 4．严重心肺疾患。 5．腰椎手术史。 6. 脊柱侧弯。 7. 局麻药过敏

Exclusion criteria：

1. Nervous system lesions 2. Local infection at the puncture site 3. Coagulation dysfunction 4. Severe cardiorespiratory diseases 5. History of lumbar spine surgery 6. Scoliosis of the spine 7. Allergy to local anesthetics
