研究含灭活益生菌的卫生巾在研究参与者中改善女性阴道不适和微生态的调节作用。  

Objectives of Study：

The study aimed to investigate the effect of sanitary napkins containing inactivated probiotics in improving vaginal discomfort and regulating the microecology in the research participants.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患有系统性疾病或近一个月内正在接受（抗肿瘤、抗生素、激素等）药物治疗的患者； 2.患有阴道疾病并正在接受相关科室治疗的患者，且被判定为影响本项目功效评价的患者； 3.对本次试验所用灭活益生菌卫生巾相关成分过敏者； 4.近一个月内参加过与本项目相关的临床试验研究者； 5.妊娠期或哺乳期妇女或者近期有生育计划者； 6.停用受试样品，无法判断功效或资料不全者； 7.其它研究者判定不适宜参加的研究参与者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with systemic diseases or those who are currently receiving (anti-tumor, antibiotic, hormone, etc.) drug treatment within the last month; 2. Patients with vaginal diseases who are undergoing treatment in relevant departments and have been determined to affect the efficacy evaluation of this project; 3. Those who are allergic to the components of the inactivated probiotic sanitary products used in this trial; 4. Researchers who have participated in clinical trial studies related to this project within the last month; 5. Pregnant or lactating women or those with a recent pregnancy plan; 6. Those who have discontinued the test samples, whose efficacy cannot be determined or whose data is incomplete; 7. Other research participants deemed unsuitable for participation by the researchers.

试验为双盲设计，产品包装由不参与研究的第三方公司统一制作，外观一致。将随机分配表上确定的治疗组和对照组标记为 A 或 B，医师据此开具医嘱并采用相应的 A、B方案作为代号，由药房或护士配以 A 或 B产品；仅数据安全监查委员会（DSMB）可查看非盲数据。揭盲仅适用于威胁生命的严重不良事件，并通过系统二次密码验证记录破盲操作。

Blinding：

The experiment is a double-blind design, and the product packaging is uniformly produced by a third-party company that did not participate in the study, with consistent appearance. Mark the treatment group and control group determined on the random allocation table as A or B. Based on this, the physician will issue a medical order and use the corresponding A or B plan as a code, and the pharmacy or nurse will prescribe A or B products; Only the Data Security Monitoring Board (DSMB) can view non blinded data. Unblinding is only applicable to serious adverse events that threaten life, and the unblinding operation is recorded through the system's secondary password verification.
