研究目的：

评估阿托伐他汀辅助治疗肺结核期间临床疗效及安全性；评估阿托伐他汀辅助治疗肺结核后长期疗效。

Objectives of Study：

1. To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of atorvastatin as adjunctive therapy during tuberculosis treatment. 2. To assess the long-term therapeutic effects of atorvastatin adjunctive therapy after tuberculosis treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.既往有结核病治疗史； 2.肺结核合并肺外结核； 3.对阿托伐他汀存在过敏； 4.有肌病史或遗传性肌病家族史； 5.肝衰竭或肝硬化失代偿期； 6.甲状腺功能减退症； 7.HIV感染； 8.怀孕或哺乳的妇女； 9.目前使用免疫抑制药物； 10.筛选时或筛选前3个月内使用过任何他汀类药物； 11.基于心血管风险，需长期使用他汀类药物治疗的情况： (1)家族性高胆固醇血症； (2)既往有心肌梗塞或脑卒中病史； 12.筛选时出现以下任何实验室指标异常： (1)谷丙转氨酶（ALT ）>正常上限的5倍； (2)估计肾小球滤过率（eGFR） < 60ml/min/1.73m2 ； (3)肌酸激酶 >正常上限的5倍； (4)钾（K+） <2.5 mmol/L； 13.研究者认为会危及患者在试验中的安全或结果的任何其他严重基础疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Previous history of anti-tuberculosis treatment;
2.Pulmonary TB with concurrent extrapulmonary TB involvement;
3.Known hypersensitivity to atorvastatin or its excipients;
4.History of myopathy or hereditary muscle disorders;
5.Hepatic failure or decompensated cirrhosis;
6.Hypothyroidism (uncontrolled);
7.HIV infection;
8.Pregnant or lactating women;
9.Current use of immunosuppressive medications;
10.Use of any statin within 3 months prior to screening;
11.Conditions requiring long-term statin therapy based on cardiovascular risk: Familial hypercholesterolemia History of myocardial infarction or stroke;
12.Laboratory abnormalities at screening: ALT >5× upper limit of normal (ULN) eGFR <60 mL/min/1.73m² Creatine kinase (CK) >5× ULN Serum potassium <2.5 mmol/L;
13.Any other severe comorbidities deemed by investigators to compromise patient safety or study validity.
