本研究旨在解决当前宫颈癌及癌前病变筛查与诊断方法存在的局限性,通过多维度研究实现精准诊疗目标。具体目的为:基于 TCGA 数据库挖掘并筛选宫颈癌及癌前病变的融合基因和点突变标志物,构建机器学习模型;开发未知融合基因检测技术,联合点突变放大检测技术,实现对宫颈癌及癌前病变的精准诊断;分析宫颈组织、宫颈脱落细胞和血液检测的一致性,开发宫颈癌预后相关新型标志物;最终筛选出不少于 2 种精准诊断分子标志物,构建精准诊断体系,推动宫颈癌及癌前病变诊断技术的发展。 |

Objectives of Study: |
This study aims to address the limitations of current screening and diagnostic methods for cervical cancer and precancerous lesions, and achieve the goal of precise diagnosis and treatment through multi-dimensional research. The specific objectives are as follows: Mine and screen fusion genes and point mutation markers for cervical cancer and precancerous lesions based on the TCGA database, and construct a machine learning model; Develop detection technology for unknown fusion genes, combine it with point mutation amplification detection technology to achieve precise diagnosis of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions; Analyze the consistency of cervical tissue, cervical exfoliated cell, and blood tests, and develop new markers related to the prognosis of cervical cancer; Finally, screen out no less than two molecular markers for precise diagnosis, construct a precise diagnosis system, and promote the development of diagnostic technologies for cervical cancer and precancerous lesions. |
