研究目的：

利用fNIRS观察受试者在执行图片干扰命名任务时大脑语义系统的调节模式，并分析左前颞叶在语义处理过程中的作用，探讨其与MCI患者命名障碍之间的关系，加深对MCI患者语言功能障碍的理解。

Objectives of Study：

Using functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS), we investigated the modulation patterns of the brain's semantic system during a picture-interference naming task in subjects. We analyzed the role of the left anterior temporal lobe (LATL) in semantic processing, explored its relationship with naming impairment in patients with Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI), and aimed to deepen the understanding of language dysfunction in MCI patients.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.曾经发生过抑郁症，或简版老年抑郁量表评分>=9分者； 2.服用药物（抗精神类药物、苯二氮卓类药物等）、中毒、炎症脑血管病、脑炎、脑肿瘤、脑外伤、癫痫、帕金森病等其他原因引起认知障碍患者； 3.存在严重的心、肝、肾功能衰竭，恶性肿瘤等重大疾病患者; 4.曾经发生过脑肿瘤、脑梗死、脑溢血、颅内感染、癫痫或其他神经系统疾病； 5.严重的视力、听力或语言问题不能配合认知量表评估； 6.各种原因导致的痴呆。

Exclusion criteria：

1.History of depression or a score >=9 on the Geriatric Depression Scale-Short Form (GDS-SF); 2.Cognitive impairment caused by medications (e.g., antipsychotics, benzodiazepines), poisoning, inflammatory cerebrovascular disease, encephalitis, brain tumors, traumatic brain injury, epilepsy, Parkinson’s disease, or other neurological/medical conditions; 3.Severe systemic diseases (e.g., cardiac/hepatic/renal failure, malignant tumors); 4.History of brain tumors, cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, intracranial infection, epilepsy, or other neurological disorders; 5.Severe visual, auditory, or language impairments preventing cooperation with cognitive assessments; 6.Dementia of any etiology.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	1.研究报告表：每个入选志愿者都必须完成研究报告表，完成的原始研究报告表为申办单位所拥有，未经研究小组同意，不得以任何形式提供给第三者。 2.数据库的建立：所有数据将采用计算机独立地进行双份录入，由软件自动核对并根据核对结果进行相应的修改。在此期间，将有疑问表通过临床监查员转交研究者进行数据审核，研究者应尽快回答并返回。随机抽10％的研究记录表人工检查一遍，考察是否存在数据出错。确认所建立的数据库正确后，由主要研究者、数据管理人员和统计分析人员对数据进行锁定。锁定后的数据文件不允许再作变动。 3.资料保存：研究者应保存所有研究资料，包括对所有参加志愿者的确认（能有效地核对不同的记录资料）、所有原始的有签名的志愿者知情同意书、所有研究报告表、临床治疗的详细记录等。
Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	1. Research report form: Each selected volunteer must complete the research report form, and the completed original research report form is owned by the bidding organisation and shall not be provided to a third party in any form without the consent of the research team. 2. Database establishment: All data will be double-entered independently by computer, automatically checked by the software and modified according to the checking results. During this period, questionnaires will be forwarded to the investigator through the clinical supervisor for data review, and the investigator should answer and return them as soon as possible. A random sample of 10% of the study record sheets were manually checked for data errors. After confirming that the database created was correct, the data were locked by the principal investigator, data manager and statistical analyst. No further changes were allowed to the locked data file. 3. Data retention: The investigator should retain all study data, including confirmation of all participating volunteers (to enable effective verification of different recorded data), all original signed volunteer informed consent forms, all study report forms, detailed records of clinical treatment, etc.
