研究目的：

1.内窥镜辅助下SRP治疗后龈下菌斑随着时间如何的变化，该变化对牙周愈合是否有影响 2.内窥镜辅助SRP术后针对牙周袋分别使用盐酸米诺环素软膏、半导体激光进行袋内消毒、龈下喷砂，是否可加速牙周组织愈合，并研究操作过程中龈下细菌数量和种类如何变化。

Objectives of Study：

1. How does the subgingival plaque change over time after endoscopy-assisted SRP treatment, and does this change have an adverse effect on periodontal healing? 2. After endoscopy-assisted SRP, can the use of minocycline hydrochloride ointment and diode laser for intra-pocket disinfection and subgingival air polishing of periodontal pockets accelerate the healing of periodontal tissues, and how do the quantity and types of subgingival bacteria change during the procedure?

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准：1、患有影响牙周炎进展或疗效的全身性疾病（如糖尿病、心血管疾病等）者；2、妊娠期、哺乳期女性；3、吸烟者；4、3个月内服用抗生素者；5、曾行牙周手术治疗的患牙；6、存在明显咬合创伤的患牙；7、牙周牙髓联合病变的患牙；8、第三磨牙阻生致第二磨牙远中附着丧失的位点。

Exclusion criteria: 1.Systemic diseases (such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, etc.) that affect the progression or efficacy of periodontitis; 2. Women during pregnancy and lactation; 3. Smokers; 4. Use of antibiotics within 3 months; 5. Affected teeth with periodontal surgery; 6. Affected teeth with significant occlusal trauma; 7. 本实验为随机对照实验，随机由计算机对所有病人随机分组，本研究在开始前会由临床研究协调员（CRC）使用计算机对所有病人随机分组，每位患者将有均等的机会被分到每个组。患者和医生都不能选择治疗组别，分组结束后原则上不再更改组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

All patients will be randomized by a clinical research coordinator (CRC) using a computer prior to the start of this study, and each patient will have an equal chance of being assigned to each group. Neither the patient nor the doctor can choose the treatment group, and in principle, the group will not be changed after grouping.
