研究目的:

本研究旨在探索太赫兹光谱、拉曼光谱及其融合技术(THz-Raman)在脑胶质瘤分类识别中的应用潜力。通过整合病理结果、拉曼光谱和太赫兹光谱等多模态数据,结合多任务学习方法提升分别在脑胶质瘤的组织分级(1-4级)和分子分型(IDH突变、Tert启动子突变、1p19q缺失和ATRX缺失)分类识别的准确性。本研究为探索性试验,旨在评估上述光谱技术在脑胶质瘤分类识别的可行性,为该技术的临床转化应用提供理论依据和技术支持。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to explore the potential application of terahertz (THz) spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy, and their fusion technology (THz-Raman) in the classification and identification of glioma. By integrating multimodal data such as pathological results, Raman spectra, and THz spectra, and combining multi-task learning methods, the accuracy of classification for glioma tissue grading (stages 1-4) and molecular subtyping (IDH mutation, TERT promoter mutation, 1p19q deletion, and ATRX deletion) is improved. This study is an exploratory trial designed to assess the feasibility of these spectral techniques in glioma classification and identification, providing theoretical basis and technical support for the clinical translation of this technology.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.病理诊断不明确的患者;
2.样本量不足或质量不合格(如坏死组织>50%);
3.已知HBV或者HCV感染活动期或者慢性期伴肝功能异常的患者;
4.无民事行为能力;
5.无法理解研究的潜在风险和收益;

Exclusion criteria:

1.Patients with unclear pathological diagnosis.
2.Insufficient sample size or poor sample quality (e.g., necrotic tissue > 50%).
3.Patients with known active or chronic HBV or HCV infection accompanied by liver dysfunction.
4.Patients without civil capacity.
5.Patients unable to understand the potential risks and benefits of the study.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

1.病历、登记名簿、实验室检查的测定结果报告单均属于本研究中所要用到的资料;采集的太赫兹拉曼光谱数据采用Excel录入及保存。 2.与临床观察有关的所有的资料、记录保存在研究者或临床试验医疗机构中,做到临床试验发起者或主管当局负责人可以直接阅览; 3.临床观察研究者负责保存收集到的相关数据。除研究小组的成员、伦理委员会、医疗监管机构外,其他任何人若无正当理由,不能接触本研究收集到的数据。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

1.Medical records, registration logs, and laboratory test results reports are all data to be used in this study; the collected terahertz Raman spectroscopy data will be entered and saved in Excel. 2.All data and records related to clinical observations will be stored by the researcher or the clinical trial medical institution, ensuring that the clinical trial sponsor or the responsible authority can access them directly. 3.The clinical observation researcher is responsible for storing the collected data. Except for members of the research team, the ethics committee, and regulatory medical authorities, no one else shall have access to the data collected in this study without a valid reason.
