探究SGA的相关影响因素、出生结局、追赶生长情况、SGA儿童青少年时期生长发育问题以及SGA儿童青少年期代谢性疾病等，为中国SGA相关研究及SGA预警机制提供理论基础。

Objectives of Study：

The objective of this study is to explore the relevant factors of SGA, birth outcomes, catch-up growth, growth and development problems, and metabolic diseases of SGA children and adolescents. This will provides a theoretical basis for SGA-related research in China.
