研究目的：

本研究旨在基于YHIS数据库，系统分析中国沿海地区未成年人干眼的患病率、发病率及发展趋势，并探讨其独立危险因素。具体目标包括： 1. 计算2017-2023年宁波鄞州区未成年人干眼的患病率与发病率； 2. 通过亚组分析，揭示干眼与性别、年龄、季节、地理分布等因素的相关性； 3. 识别未成年人干眼的独立危险因素（如全身疾病、电子设备使用等），填补该领域流行病学研究的空白。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to systematically analyze the prevalence, incidence and development trend of dry eye in minors in coastal areas of China based on the YHIS database, and to explore its independent risk factors. Specific goals include: 1. To calculate the prevalence and incidence of dry eye in minors in Yinzhou District, Ningbo from 2017 to 2023; 2. Through subgroup analysis, the correlation between dry eye and factors such as gender, age, season, and geographical distribution was revealed. 3. Identify independent risk factors for dry eye in minors (such as systemic diseases, use of electronic devices, etc.) to fill the gap in epidemiological research in this field.
