研究目的：

1. 解析VHL基因的空间异质性及HIF-1α共定位模式，验证VHL-HIF-1α协同驱动ccRCC转移的理论 2. 建立基于VHL-HIF-1α空间异质性的转移风险分型，评估风险分型的临床预测价值 3. 多中心回顾性验证VHL-HIF-1α分型的临床适用性，为ccRCC转移的早期防治提供新策略  

Objectives of Study：

1. Analyze the spatial heterogeneity of the VHL gene and the HIF-1α co-localization pattern to validate the theory of VHL-HIF-1α synergy in driving ccRCC metastasis. 2. Establish a metastasis risk stratification model based on VHL-HIF-1α spatial heterogeneity and evaluate the clinical predictive value of this risk classification. 3. Conduct a multicenter retrospective validation of the clinical applicability of the VHL-HIF-1α classification, providing novel strategies for early intervention and prevention of ccRCC metastasis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 既往患有其他器官原发恶性肿瘤; 2. 术前接受过抗肿瘤治疗：包括化疗、放疗、靶向治疗或免疫治疗等; 3. 随访期间因非肿瘤相关原因死亡，如意外事故、心脑血管事件等; 4. 术后未接受规范化治疗或随访：包括未依照指南进行术后管理、随访中断或因非医学原因放弃治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of primary malignant tumours in other organs; 2. Received anticancer treatment prior to surgery, including chemotherapy, radiotherapy, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy; 3. Death during follow-up due to non-tumour-related causes, such as accidents or cardiovascular events; 4. Failure to receive standardised treatment or follow-up after surgery: including failure to follow guidelines for postoperative management, interrupted follow-up, or discontinuation of treatment for non-medical reasons.
