基于IMB-TAM模型，构建并验证远程胎儿健康监测管理模式对高危妊娠妇女分娩结局的影响，为远程产前保健优化提供依据，推动服务优化。  

Objectives of Study：

This study based on the IMB–TAM model will develop and validate a remote fetal health monitoring management model and assess its impact on delivery outcomes among women with high-risk pregnancies, providing evidence to inform the optimization of remote antenatal care.

1.存在严重精神疾病或认知功能障碍； 2.拒绝参加本研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Presence of a severe psychiatric disorder or cognitive impairment; 2.Declined to participate in this study.
