研究目的：

1.主要目的：探索乳腺癌术后患者淋巴水肿预防现状及需求，构建基于自我调节常识模型淋巴水肿健康教育方案并应用至临床，为乳腺癌患者提供支持与帮助，减少淋巴水肿的发生率。 2.次要目的：改善乳腺癌患者的生存质量，提高患者满意度。 3.探索性目的：为临床乳腺癌术后患者淋巴水肿的预防提供借鉴与参考，为乳腺癌术后相关淋巴水肿患者自我管理提供新思路。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main objective: To explore the current situation and needs of lymphedema prevention in postoperative breast cancer patients, construct a lymphedema health education program based on the self-regulation common sense model and apply it to clinical practice, provide support and assistance for breast cancer patients, and reduce the incidence of lymphedema. 2. Secondary objective: To improve the quality of life of breast cancer patients and enhance patient satisfaction. 3. Exploratory objective: To provide reference and guidance for the prevention of lymphedema in patients after clinical breast cancer surgery, and to offer new ideas for the self-management of patients with lymphedema related to breast cancer surgery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）非原发性乳腺癌；（2）患有严重认知障碍，无法正常沟通交流；（3）术前存在上肢水肿、功能异常情况；（4）患肢皮肤存在破溃、感染以及存在静脉血栓等。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Non-primary breast cancer (2) Suffering from severe cognitive impairment and unable to communicate normally; (3) There was upper limb edema and functional abnormalities before the operation; (4) The skin of the affected limb has ulceration, infection and venous thrombosis, etc.
