研究目的：

分析经腹膜后前层面术式与传统三层面术式在治疗<=5cm肾上腺良性肿瘤的临床疗效、安全性及经济性的比较。  

Objectives of Study：

Comparison of clinical efficacy, safety, and cost-effectiveness between the retroperitoneal anterior plane approach and the traditional three-plane approach for treating adrenal benign tumors ≤5 cm.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重出血或存在凝血机制障碍的患者；
2.合并严重心、肺功能受损的患者；
3.既往有同侧经腹膜后手术史，肾上腺肿瘤周围组织粘连程度明显患者；
4.双侧肾上腺肿瘤患者；
5.妊娠；肾上腺恶性肿瘤；
6.肿瘤直径＞5cm。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe hemorrhage or coagulation disorders; 2. Patients with severe cardiac or pulmonary dysfunction; 3. Patients with prior contralateral retroperitoneal surgery and marked adhesion around the adrenal tumor; 4. Patients with bilateral adrenal tumors; 5. Pregnancy; adrenal malignancy; 6. Tumor diameter >5 cm.
