研究目的：

1.借助fMRI分析慢性失眠障碍症患者与健康人脑功能特征的差异，从脑功能成像角度揭示慢性失眠障碍症的中枢病变机制，为临床早期诊断与干预提供有价值的功能影像信息； 2.观察耳甲电针治疗慢性失眠障碍的临床疗效及安全性，采用fMRI分析耳甲电针对慢性失眠障碍患者的脑功能调控，为阐释该疗法的作用机制提供客观依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Using functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) to analyze the differences in brain functional characteristics between patients with chronic insomnia disorder (CID) and healthy individuals, revealing the central pathological mechanisms of CID from the perspective of brain functional imaging, and providing valuable functional imaging information for clinical early diagnosis and intervention. 2.To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of auricular concha electroacupuncture in the treatment of chronic insomnia disorder, and to analyze the brain functional regulation of auricular concha electroacupuncture in CID patients using fMRI, so as to provide an objective basis for explaining the mechanism of this therapy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

慢性失眠障碍患者：1）有头颅器质性病变、头颅手术史或严重外伤史者。2）合并其它精神疾病，合并心、肝、肾等系统严重疾病者。3）近期正在服用抗胆碱药、非甾体抗炎药或激素，或服用抑制大脑神经活动药物、抗精神疾病药物者。4）存在酗酒，药物滥用史者。5）体内携带胰岛素泵、心脏起搏器等磁共振扫描禁忌症者。6）对皮肤准备过敏，刺激部位有损伤或炎症者。7）妊娠或哺乳期妇女。8）近半年内参与过其他临床试验者。 健康被试：1）存在磁共振扫描禁忌症。2）存在酗酒，药物滥用史。3）对皮肤准备过敏，刺激部位有损伤或炎症。4）妊娠或哺乳期妇女。5）近半年内参与过其他临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

Chronic Insomnia Disorder (CID) Patients (Exclusion Criteria): 1. History of intracranial organic lesions, craniotomy, or severe head trauma. 2. Comorbid other mental disorders, or severe systemic diseases (e.g., cardiovascular, hepatic, renal disorders). 3. Current use of anticholinergics, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), hormones, or medications that inhibit brain neural activity (e.g., antipsychotics). 4. History of alcohol abuse or drug dependence. 5. Contraindications to magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), such as implanted insulin pumps or pacemakers. 6. Allergy to skin preparation, or injuries/inflammation at the stimulation site. 7. Pregnant or lactating women. 8. Participation in other clinical trials within the past 6 months. Healthy Subjects (Exclusion Criteria): 1. Contraindications to magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). 2. History of alcohol abuse or drug dependence. 3. Allergy to skin preparation, or injuries/inflammation at the stimulation site. 4. Pregnant or lactating women. 5. Participation in other clinical trials within the past 6 months.
