研究疾病：

术后肺部并发症（Postoperative pulmonary complications，PPCs）：依据相关临床指南对肺部并发症进行定义和分类。如呼吸衰竭（SaO^2 90%，PaO^2＜60 mmHg，氧和指数＜300或需要辅助通气）、肺部感染（胸部X线片显示单肺或双肺有浸润性阴影）、吸入性肺炎、胸膜渗出、气胸、肺不张、支气管痉挛、急性呼吸窘迫综合征、非计划性二次插管等。  

Target disease：

Postoperative pulmonary complications (PPCs) : Pulmonary complications were defined and classified according to relevant clinical guidelines. Such as respiratory failure (SaO^2 90%, PaO^2 < 60 mmHg, oxygen and index < 300 or need for assisted ventilation), lung infection (chest X-ray shows infiltrating shadow in one or both lungs), aspiration pneumonia, pleural effusion, pneumothorax, attasis, bro

研究目的：

探讨老年肺切除术患者术前衰弱指数与术后肺部并发症的相关性，从而探讨老年肺切除术患者术后肺部并发症的围术期风险因素。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the correlation between preoperative frailty index and Postoperative pulmonary complications in elderly patients with pneumonectomy, and to explore the perioperative risk factors of Postoperative pulmonary complications in elderly patients with pneumonectomy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.慢性肺部疾病者及3个月内发生急性肺损伤或急性呼吸窘迫综合征；(2)急诊手术；(3)认知功能障碍患者；(4)术后随访失访；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Chronic lung disease and acute lung injury or acute respiratory distress syndrome within 3 months;
2. Emergency surgery;
3. Patients with cognitive dysfunction;
4. Postoperative follow-up was lost;
