本研究为回顾性研究，探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停患者估计肾小球滤过率的改变，从而进一步探究阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停患者肾功能与正常对照组相比有无改变  

Objectives of Study：

This study is a retrospective study to investigate changes in estimated glomerular filtration rate in patients with obstructive sleep apnea and to further explore whether renal function in patients with obstructive sleep apnea changes compared with the normal control group

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①有肾脏疾病病史：如肾结石、肾血管瘤、肾脏恶性肿瘤等；
②有心脏疾病病史：如冠心病、心肌病、心功能衰竭、心脏手术史；

Exclusion criteria：

1. has a history of kidney disease: such as kidney stones, renal hemangiomas, kidney malignancies;
2. has a history of heart disease: such as coronary heart disease, cardiomyopathy, heart failure, history of cardiac surgery.
