术中在脑氧饱和度指导下优化血压管理对老年MCI患者术后PND发生的影响。

Objectives of Study：

The effect of optimizing blood pressure management under the guidance of cerebral oxygen saturation during surgery on postoperative PND in elderly MCI patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

有精神病、脑外伤、痴呆、脑血管疾病等既往史，或伴有其他疾病并产生认知功能障碍的患者；长期服用镇静催眠药、抗精神失常药者；精神异常、听力、视力等障碍，导致无法正常沟通合作的患者；酗酒或药物依赖者；合并心脏、肝肾、呼吸、神经等系统严重疾病的患者；剧烈疼痛药物不能缓解患者；临床医生认为不适宜参与本临床研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with a history of mental illness, traumatic brain injury, dementia, cerebrovascular disease, or other illnesses that result in cognitive impairment; Long term use of sedatives, hypnotics, and antipsychotic drugs; Patients with mental disorders, hearing, vision and other impairments that prevent normal communication and cooperation; Alcoholics or drug addicts; Patients with severe diseases of the heart, liver and kidney, respiratory system, nervous system, etc; Severe pain medication cannot relieve patients; Clinical doctors consider patients who are not suitable to participate in this clinical study.
