To assess the efficacy and safety of transcranial direct current stimulation in the treatment of epileptic spasms

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①癫痫持续状态。
②心因性发作。
③进行性脑部疾病或系统性疾病。
④严重的心、肺、肝、肾等躯体疾病或严重的神经精神疾病。
⑤装有心脏起搏器、迷走神经刺激器或体内有金属植入物。

Exclusion criteria：

1. status epilepticus;
2. psychogenic event;
3. progressing neurological diseases or systemic diseases;
4. severe systemic diseases or neurological diseases;
5. with pacemaker,VNS, or other metal implantations.
