研究目的:

本研究旨在探究 BFR 和 RSIT 联合对女大学生心肺适能和身体成分的影响。经过四周的干预,结合 BFR 的 RSIT 是否会诱导 VO2max 的更大提升,身体成分更大改善。同时,参与者对运动的感知,运动过程的疲惫感和参加意愿是重要的。我们将评估受试者在有无血流限制情况下的 RSIT 方案中的疲劳程度,对运动方案的感知以及依从性,从而为普通健康女性的 RSIT 方案提供新思路,为日后健康人群运动处方提供科学指导。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to investigate the combined effects of Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) and Repeated Sprint Interval Training (RSIT) on cardiorespiratory fitness and body composition among female university students. Following a four-week intervention, we will examine whether the BFR-combined RSIT protocol induces greater improvements in VO2max and more significant body composition adaptations compared to traditional training modalities. Concurrently, participants' exercise perception, perceived exertion during training sessions, and exercise adherence willingness constitute crucial evaluation dimensions. We will systematically assess fatigue levels, subjective perceptions of exercise protocols, and compliance rates under both BFR and non-BFR conditions during RSIT implementation. This investigation seeks to provide novel insights into optimizing RSIT protocols for healthy female populations, while offering evidence-based scientific guidance for developing targeted exercise prescriptions in general health promotion contexts. The findings are expected to contribute to the advancement of personalized training strategies that balance physiological adaptations with psychological acceptance in exercise programming.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.最近 3 个月存在下肢运动损伤; 2.任何可能不适合 BFR 的四肢、软组织、骨科或血管损伤(即周围血管疾病); 3.曾经参与过 BFR 研究; 4.存在任何心血管或代谢疾病、全身性高血压(≥ 140/90 mmHg 或使用抗高血压药物); 5.不使用任何膳食补充剂,自我报告为非吸烟者; 6.月经周期不规律的女性。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Presence of lower extremity musculoskeletal injuries within the preceding 3 months; 2. Any limb, soft tissue, orthopedic, or vascular pathology contraindicated for blood flow restriction (BFR) training (e.g., peripheral vascular disease); 3. Prior participation in BFR-related research; 4. Diagnosis of cardiovascular or metabolic diseases, systemic hypertension (resting blood pressure >=140/90 mmHg or antihypertensive medication use); 5. Current use of any dietary supplements or self-reported smoking status (exclusion of smokers); 6. Female participants with irregular menstrual cycles (clinically defined as cycle variability >7 days or cycles <21 days/>35 days).
