研究目的:

本研究拟结合小学生认知及学习特点采用互动式健康教育形式,对贵州省“健康学校”促进项目试点小学,学生及家长开展含糖饮 料随机对照干预试验。对照组开展学校常规健康教育、干预组在学校常规健康教育的基础上,展开互动式健康教育,增加学生的互动性理解并建构知识。通过基线调查及干预前后,评价干预组和对照组知信行及含糖饮料摄的变化。探讨和评价互动式健康教育模式对含糖饮料摄入的干预效果。  

Objectives of Study:

In this study, a randomized controlled intervention trial of sugar-sweetened beverages was conducted with students and their parents in a pilot elementary school of the "Healthy Schools" promotion program in Guizhou Province, using interactive health education based on the cognitive and learning characteristics of primary school students. In the control group, regular school health education was conducted, while in the intervention group, on the basis of regular school health education, interactive health education was conducted to increase students' interactive understanding and construct knowledge. Changes in knowledge, beliefs, behaviors and intake of sugar-sweetened beverages in the intervention and control groups were evaluated through a baseline survey and before and after the intervention. To explore and evaluate the effectiveness of the interactive health education model in intervening on the intake of sugary drinks.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

(1)存在语言沟通障碍或认知缺陷无法配合研究的学生; (2)不能理解问卷内容,无法配合完成问卷调查的学生; (3)干预期间因各种原因未能参加的学生。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) students with verbal communication disorders or cognitive deficits who were unable to cooperate with the study; (2) students who could not understand the questionnaire and were unable to cooperate in completing the questionnaire; and (3) students who were unable to participate during the intervention period for various reasons.

采用分层简单随机抽样的方法,按照年级进行分层,将仁怀市盐津三小 3-6 年级18 个班级进行编号,其中三年级共计有 8 个班级,四年级及六年级各有 3 个班级,五年级共计有 4 个班级,按年级分层后,采用抓阄法抽取,三年级及五年级各抽取 2个班级作为干预组,2 个班级作为对照组;因四年级及六年级班级较少,为保证干预组及对照组班级数量平衡,故在四年级随机抽取 1 个班作为干预组,剩余 2 个班作为对照组,而六年级随机抽取 2 个班作为干预组,剩余 1 个班作为对照组。共计抽取 7个班级作为干预组,7 个班级作为对照组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method):

Stratified simple random sampling method was used to stratify the classes according to grades, numbering the 18 classes in grades 3-6 of Yanjin No. 3 Primary School in Renhuai City, of which there were 8 classes in grade 3, 3 classes in grade 4 and 6 each, and 4 classes in grade 5. After stratifying the classes according to grades, the lottery method was used to draw 2 classes in each of grade 3 and grade 5 as the intervention group, and 2 classes as the control group; because there were fewer classes in grade 4 and grade 6, 1 class was randomly drawn in grade 4 as the intervention group and the remaining 2 classes as the control group to ensure a balanced number of classes in the intervention group and the control group, and the remaining 2 classes in grade 6 as the control group. Because there were fewer classes in grades 4 and 6, to ensure a balanced number of classes in the intervention and control groups, one class in grade 4 was randomly selected as the intervention group, with the remaining two classes serving as the control group, and two classes in grade 6 were randomly selected as the intervention group, with the remaining one class serving as the control group. In total, 7 classes were selected for the intervention group and 7 classes for the control group.
