研究目的：

（1）建立起适合中国人群的虚拟现实（VR）场景，建立正常对照认知功能常模数据库。（2）设计与构建个体化的基于VR的精神分裂症患者认知功能康复训练系统。（3）明确VR认知功能康复系统对精神分裂症患者认知功能的疗效, 制定相应的操作实施指南，进行临床推广和应用，提高患者认知功能，从而减少致残、促进患者更好地回归社会。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) The target of this project is to establish virtual reality(VR)scene which is suitable for Chinese and normal norm database of cognitive function; (2) To design and construct individualized VR-based cognitive rehabilitation training system for patients with schizophrenia; (3) To definite the efficacy of VR-based cognitive rehabilitation training system for patients with schizophrenia and formulate corresponding operation guidelines for clinical, to improve the cognitive function of patients, reduce disability and help the patients return to society.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1)MRI或CT检测排除器质性脑损伤，既往有癫痫等神经系统疾病或严重躯体疾病；
2)有精神发育迟滞病史；
3)在过去1年内曾接受过电休克治疗，过去30天内有物质滥用及药物依赖史（吸烟除外）；
4)使用一代典型抗精神病药物者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. MRI or CT evidence of structural brain abnormalities, a history of neurological disorders (e.g., cerebral trauma, seizure disorder) or significant medical illness;
2. a history of oligophrenia;
3. be treated with electroshock in the past year, substance or drug abuse (except smoking) in the past 30 days;
4. be treated with first-generation atypical antipsychotics.
