数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

It is composed of COPD patients who are followed up in the chest disease clinic and referred to the eye clinic. Optic Coherence Tomography will measure the thickness of the choroidal layer in COPD patients who are referred to. The data will be evaluated in the SPSS 22.0 program. The normal distribution suitability will be assessed by the Komogorov Smirnov test. Descriptive statistics for age and gender will be used. Comparisons between choroidal thicknesses should be made by paired T-test. The results will be considered statistically significant when p value is less than 0.05.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：
