研究目的：

探索验证m5C甲基转移酶NSUN6的表达是否会影响到PTC淋巴结转移的发生和发展，以及其在肿瘤原发灶、癌旁及转移淋巴结中的表达是否存在差异。  

Objectives of Study：

Explore and verify whether the expression of m5C methyltransferase NSUN6 affects the occurrence and development of PTC lymph node metastasis, and whether there are differences in its expression in the primary tumor, adjacent cancer, and metastatic lymph nodes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并其他恶性肿瘤 有除甲状腺癌外的其他恶性肿瘤病史（皮肤基底细胞癌、宫颈原位癌等浅表癌除外）。
2.既往治疗干扰。 术前接受过放射治疗、化疗、靶向治疗或免疫治疗。 曾接受甲状腺手术（如甲状腺部分切除、射频消融等）。
3.样本质量问题。 组织样本因术中破碎、固定不当或保存条件不符合要求（如未及时液氮冷冻），导致RNA/DNA降解。 癌旁组织经病理复核发现肿瘤细胞浸润。
4.严重并发症或禁忌症。 合并严重心、肝、肾功能不全（如心功能III级及以上、ChildPugh C级肝硬化、eGFR<30 mL/min/1.73m²）。 存在凝血功能障碍或全身感染未控制，影响手术安全。
5.其他排除因素。 妊娠或哺乳期女性。 精神疾病或认知障碍无法配合随访。各种原因不同意参与研究的。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Merge with other malignant tumors. History of malignant tumors other than thyroid cancer (excluding superficial cancers such as basal cell carcinoma of the skin and cervical carcinoma in situ).
2.Previous treatment interference. Received radiation therapy, chemotherapy, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy before surgery. Has undergone thyroid surgery (such as partial thyroidectomy, radiofrequency ablation, etc.).
3.Sample quality issues. Tissue samples may undergo RNA/DNA degradation due to intraoperative fragmentation, improper fixation, or inadequate storage conditions (such as failure to freeze with liquid nitrogen in a timely manner). Pathological examination of adjacent tissues revealed tumor cell infiltration.
4.Serious complications or contraindications. Merge severe heart, liver, and kidney dysfunction (such as heart function grade III or above, ChildPugh grade C cirrhosis, eGFR<30 mL/min/1.73m ²). There is coagulation dysfunction or uncontrolled systemic infection, which affects surgical safety.
5.Other exclusion factors. Pregnant or lactating women. Unable to cooperate with follow-up due to mental illness or cognitive impairment. Not agreeing to participate in the research for various reasons.
