研究目的：

1.主要目的：整合影像、基因、病理等多模态数据，建立风险分层系统，以更准确地识别高风险患者。 2.次要目的：制定并推广适用于肺结节的微创手术标准化流程，以提高术前规划与术中操作的规范性。  

Objectives of Study：

Primary Objective: Integrate imaging, genetic, pathological and other multimodal data to establish a risk stratification system for more accurate identification of high-risk patients. Secondary Objective: Develop and standardize minimally invasive surgical procedures for pulmonary nodules to improve the consistency of preoperative planning and intraoperative operations.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

3年以内有其他恶性肿瘤发生患者；
1.其他系统来源的肺部转移瘤；
2.有纵隔淋巴结转移的肺癌患者患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with other malignant tumors diagnosed within the past 3 years.
2.Pulmonary metastatic tumors originating from other systems.
3.Lung cancer patients with metastasis to mediastinal lymph nodes.
