研究目的：

快感缺失是抑郁障碍的核心症状，超过50%的青少年抑郁障碍患者存在这一症状，且已被证明是多种不良结局的预测因子。目前一线的治疗对快感缺失症状的疗效有限。证据表明行为激活疗法（Behavioral Activation, BA）能有效改善青少年的快感缺失症状。随着互联网技术的发展，数字化BA已经首次在瑞典青少年抑郁障碍患者中开发使用。本项目聚焦目前的青少年抑郁临床治疗困境，拟研发出一套适合中国国情、符合患者与家属需求的数字化行为激活疗法，形成标准化的操作手册。随后评价数字化行为激活疗法对中国青少年抑郁障碍患者快感缺失症状的近期与远期疗效，并初步探索数字化行为激活疗法发挥作用的神经心理机制。本项目的实施期望推进青少年抑郁快感缺失个体化临床治疗水平，改善青少年抑郁症患者生活质量并促进社会功能恢复。

Objectives of Study：

Anhedonia is a core symptom of depressive disorder, present in more than 50% of adolescents with depressive disorder, and has been shown to be a predictor of multiple adverse outcomes. Current first-line treatments have limited efficacy for symptoms of anhedonia. Evidence suggests that Behavioral Activation (BA) therapy is effective in improving anhedonia symptoms in adolescents. With the development of internet technology, digital BA has been developed for the first time for use in Swedish adolescents with depressive disorders. This project focuses on the current dilemma of clinical treatment of adolescent depression, and intends to develop a set of digital behavioural activation therapies suitable for China's national conditions and in line with the needs of patients and their families, and form a standardized operation manual. Subsequently, we will evaluate the immediate and long-term efficacy of the digital behavioural activation therapy on the symptoms of anhedonia in Chinese adolescents with depressive disorders, and explore the neuropsychological mechanisms underlying the effects of the digital behavioural activation therapy. The implementation of this project is expected to advance the level of individualised clinical treatment for adolescent depression and anhedonia, improve the quality of life of adolescent depression patients and promote the recovery of social function.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.无法独立完成问卷调查和心理评估； 2.通过系统精神检查判断有明显认知障碍，没有能力签署知情同意书； 3.患有重大躯体疾病，如心脑血管疾病、呼吸系统疾病、肝肾疾病、恶性肿瘤等； 4.正在接受其他心理治疗 5.正在参加其它研究。 6.父母的任何一方均不愿意参加整个干预治疗过程。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Inability to complete questionnaires and psychological assessments independently; 2. Obvious cognitive impairment judged by systematic psychiatric examination, unable to sign the informed consent form; 3. Suffering from major physical diseases, such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory diseases, liver and kidney diseases, malignant tumors, etc.; 4. Receiving other psychotherapy 5. Participating in other studies. 6. Neither parent is willing to participate in the entire intervention treatment process.
