To develop and validate a Radiology Examination Chatbot (REC) to optimize clinical interaction between cancer patients and radiology healthcare providers (RHP)

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

患者：有严重沟通障碍或精神疾病史；不能配合检查过程（如幽闭恐惧症）。 放射科医护人员：既往参与过职业倦怠干预研究；

Exclusion criteria：

Patients: A history of severe communication impairment or mental illness; Inability to cooperate with the examination process (e.g., claustrophobia). RHPs: Previous participation in job burnout intervention research.
