研究目的：

本研究的主要研究目的是与传统的根尖诱导成形术相比，探究再生性牙髓治疗是否能提高年轻恒牙全脱位再植后牙根外吸收的治疗成功率，次要研究目的包括临床症状改善时间，牙根外吸收程度，牙根继续发育比例以及存活率。  

Objectives of Study：

The main research objective of this study is to investigate whether regenerative pulp therapy can improve the success rate of root resorption after complete dislocation and replantation of young permanent teeth compared to traditional root tip induction and shaping surgery. Secondary research objectives include the time for clinical symptom improvement, degree of root resorption, proportion of root development, and survival rate.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 患牙伴有根折或者牙槽骨骨折；2. 对Vitapex或iRoot BP 等牙科材料过敏；3. 患儿配合度不佳或患有可能影响预后的系统性或慢性疾病（包括患有智力障碍、精神类疾患）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The affected tooth is accompanied by root fracture or alveolar bone fracture; 2. Allergic to dental materials such as Vitapex or iRoot BP; 3. The child has poor cooperation or suffers from systemic or chronic diseases that may affect prognosis (including intellectual disabilities and mental disorders).
