研究目的：

本研究选择健康在校大学生进行非优势侧肱二头肌DOMS造模与不同拉力肌内效贴贴扎，探究不同拉力肌内效贴对延迟性肌肉酸痛的影响，分析研究拉力参数与疼痛缓解、肌肉功能恢复之间的关系，为之后临床实践中肌内效贴应用的有效性和标准化提供依据。

Objectives of Study：

In this study, healthy college students were selected to induce DOMS and apply different tension kinesio taping on the non-dominant biceps brachii , to explore the effects of different tension kinesio taping on delayed onset muscle soreness and analyze the relationship between tension parameters and pain relief and muscle function recovery, to provide evidence for the effectiveness and standardization of kinesio taping application in clinical practice.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)正在服用药物；(2)近6个月内上肢有肌肉骨骼损伤；(3)受试者有肌肉酸痛或慢性疼痛症状；(4)有重大疾病或先天性疾病；(5)对贴布材质过敏。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Taking medication; (2) Upper limb musculoskeletal injury within the past 6 months; (3) Subject has muscle pain or chronic pain symptoms; (4) Has a serious illness or congenital disease; (5) Allergic to the tape material.
