研究目的：

本研究将采用我院老年髋部骨折标准化数据库构建老年髋部骨折风险预警模型，利用GAN-FL-XGBoost等机器学习算法，构建该模型，进一步，通过与对口社区卫生服务中心协同，进行早期预警模型的社区落地，实现该模型的应用验证及优化，以期达到早期精准识别老年髋部骨折高危人群，及时分层分级干预的目的。

Objectives of Study：

This study will adopt the standardized database of elderly hip fractures in our hospital to construct a risk early warning model for elderly hip fractures. By using machine learning algorithms such as GAN-FL-XGBoost, the model will be built. Further, through collaboration with the corresponding community health service centers, the early warning model will be implemented in the community to achieve application verification and optimization of the model, with the aim of accurately identifying high-risk groups of elderly hip fractures at an early stage and providing timely stratified and graded intervention.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.年龄<60岁； 2.老年髋部骨折组：暴力性骨折或肿瘤转移造成的病理性骨折； 3.未发生急性骨折组：1年内发生过骨折； 4.模型验证阶段纳入的受试者因家庭、个人或身体疾病等原因，不接受本研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Age < 60 years old; 2.Elderly hip fracture group: fractures caused by violent trauma or pathological fractures due to tumor metastasis; 3.Non-acute fracture group: fractures occurred within one year; 4.Subjects included in the model validation stage who do not accept this study due to family, personal or physical health reasons.
