研究目的：

本研究基于临床和国内外文献，研究经尿道钬激光前列腺剜除术后发生尿失禁的相关影响因素，通过筛选HoLEP术后尿失禁的相关风险因素建立高精准度的风险预后模型。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on clinical and domestic and foreign literature, this study studied the related factors of urinary incontinence after transurethral holmium laser enucleation of the prostate, established a high-precision risk prognostic model by screening the related risk factors of urinary incontinence after HoLEP.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.术前尿失禁； 2.术前前列腺穿刺活检或术后病理提示为前列腺癌患者； 3.术前已诊断为神经源性膀胱、膀胱过度活动等的患者； 4.精神疾病不能配合的患者； 5.合并有严重心肝肾功能不全、神经系统疾病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Urinary incontinence before surgery; 2.Patients with prostate cancer indicated by preoperative prostate biopsy or postoperative pathology; 3.Patients who have been diagnosed with neurogenic bladder, overactive bladder, etc. before the operation; 4.Patients with mental illness who cannot cooperate; 5.Patients with severe heart, liver and kidney insufficiency and neurological diseases.
