研究目的：

本研究旨在探索在特应性皮炎、银屑病、白癜风患者的诊疗期间，使用基于数字疗法和医陪伴患者管理平台进行全病程精细化管理，包括患教指导、动态监测、异常处理等环节，是否能够改善患者的生活质量等指标。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore whether the use of digital therapeutics and a medical companion patient management platform for full-course refined management during the diagnosis and treatment of patients with atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, and vitiligo, including patient education guidance, dynamic monitoring, and abnormal handling, can improve the quality of life and other indicators of patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 有严重基础疾病或身体状况不佳； 2. 妊娠期或哺乳期妇女； 3. 因患者拒绝或脏器功能、并发症等原因，无法接受治疗； 4. 同时参加其他临床试验； 5. 既往病史、检验检查、治疗情况等信息缺失； 6. 患者拒绝提供数据或拒绝参加研究； 7. 其他研究者判断不合适参加的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have a serious underlying medical condition or poor physical condition; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. Unable to receive treatment due to the patient's refusal or organ function, complications, etc.; 4. Participate in other clinical trials at the same time; 5. Lack of information such as past medical history, examination and examination, and treatment status; 6. Patient refuses to provide data or refuses to participate in the study; 7. Other situations judged by the investigator to be inappropriate to participate.
