研究目的：

1.探讨高血压病患者体内抗AT1受体抗体、抗α1受体抗体及内皮功能损伤，探讨自身抗体与内皮功能损伤之间是否存在相互关系。 2.探讨在高血压病患者中未有效控制的血压对血管内皮功能损伤、抗AT1受体抗体以及抗α1受体抗体的影响。 3.探讨高血压患者中血压昼夜节律对血管内皮功能损伤、抗AT1受体抗体以及抗α1受体抗体的影响，同时分析其与临床常见指标的关系。 4.探讨高血压患者中改善血压昼夜节律是否能够改善血管内皮功能以及是否能够降低抗AT1受体抗体、抗α1受体抗体的水平。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To investigate the effects of autoantibodies against AT1-receptor, autoantibodies against alpha1-adrenergic receptor on endothelial dysfunction in patients with hypertension; 2. To investigate the effects of uncontrolled hypertension on endothelial dysfunction, autoantibodies against AT1-receptor, autoantibodies against alpha1-adrenergic receptor in patients with hypertension; 3. To investigate the relantionships between nondipping circadian pattern and endothelial dysfunction, autoantibody against a1-adrenoceptor and AT1 adrenoceptor as well as Clinical common index such as heart rate, uric acid, HS-CRP,homocystiene; 4. To investigate whether change the rhythm of blood pressure from nondipping circadian pattern to dipping circadian pattern can effectively reverse endothelial dysfunction and successfully reduce the level of autoantibodies against AT1-receptor, autoantibodies against alpha1-adrenergic receptor.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

继发性高血压；因药物、剧痛等原因引起的急性血压升高；有严重靶器官损害需紧急治疗的病人，如充血性心衰、房颤、急性肾衰等；两周内曾有急性感染病史或近期曾服用抗炎药物史；临床确诊或临床症状怀疑冠心病；糖尿病、肥胖、严重血脂异常以及肝肾功能不全者；尿蛋白阳性者。心脏瓣膜病、脑卒中、短暂性脑缺血发作、甲状腺疾病、恶性肿瘤；发热，痛风，原发性肾脏疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

secondary hypertension,acute hypertension because of drug/pain etc,adverse effects on the target organs such as the heart, the brain, the kidney, heart failure,atrial fibrillation and so on, acute infection or by corresponding treatment, coronary heart disease, diabetes,adiposity, dyslipidemia, damaged liver or kidney functions,positive urinary protein, heart valve disease, stroke, TIA, thyroid disease, cancer, fever, gout, primary kidney disease.

采用Microsoft office excel软件：1.在A1-110依次编号1,2,3-110；2.在B1-110输入 "=RAND()"，获得0~1的随机数字；3.复制B1-110随机数字到C1-110，选中C列升序排列；4.在D1-55标记对照组，D56-110标记为贯序组；5.选中A列升序排列，按照标记的分组连续纳入符合标准病人。该操作由周心涛完成。
