研究目的：

慢性肾脏病3～4期血磷、血钙正常的患者oAC防治高磷血症的作用以及对高磷血症患者预防血管钙化的作用  

Objectives of Study：

The role of oAC in the prevention and treatment of hyperphosphatemia in patients with chronic renal disease with grades 3 to 4 with normal serum phosphorus and serum calcium and its role in the prevention of vascular calcification in patients with hyperphosphatemia

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

严重感染：存在发热、咳嗽咳痰、咽痛、腹痛、腹泻、痈疖等皮肤软组织感染等临床表现，血常规白细胞计数超出正常范围（10×109/L）； 严重心血管疾病：包括慢性心功能不全3级以上以及各种心率失常； 严重贫血：血红蛋白低于60g/L； 明显低蛋白血症：白蛋白低于30g/L； 肿瘤证据：已经查出有某种肿瘤或者临床表现和肿瘤标志物等提示有肿瘤可能。 患者有严重认知障碍或不愿参加者。 患者有神经肌肉疾病、炎症性肠病、功能性胃肠病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe infections: There are clinical manifestations such as fever, cough, sputum, sore throat, abdominal pain, diarrhea, sputum and other skin and soft tissue infections, and the blood white blood cell count exceeds the normal range (10 × 10^9/L);
2. Severe cardiovascular disease: including grade 3 or more of chronic cardiac insufficiency and various arrhythmias;
3. Severe anemia: Hemoglobin less than 60g/L;
4. Obvious hypoproteinemia: albumin below 30g/L;
5. Oncological evidence: A tumor or clinical manifestations and tumor markers have been identified as suggestive of a tumor;
6. Patients with severe cognitive impairment or who do not want to participate;
7. Patients have neuromuscular disorders, inflammatory bowel disease, and functional gastrointestinal disorders.
