药物成份或治疗方案详述:

该方案于2024年1月通过多学科专家小组(包括运动科学和儿科健康专家)制定,设计了四个与学校体育课程框架兼容的运动模块,将体能训练融入日常体育课中。 在2024年5月至7月期间,干预学校进行了预实试验。根据学生反馈和教师评估发现的实施限制,方案进行了修订,最终每周3次,每节40分钟的体能体育课程包括: 1、功能性热身(10分钟):功能性动态动作(如侧向开合跳、交叉跳)结合功能性动态拉伸,特别是针对改善上体核心稳定性的动作(如改良版世界最伟大拉伸、三角拉伸)。 2、原始训练循环(10分钟):严格按照学校的常规教学计划进行,保持原有的50米跑、跳绳和仰卧起坐训练。 3、功能性抗阻训练(15分钟):针对力量、协调性、敏捷性和平衡性的技能相关训练(如交替弓步旋转拉伸、鸟狗平板支撑、单侧臀桥),以直接提升核心测试表现指标。 4、功能性放松(5分钟):结构化动态拉伸和呼吸练习。 体育教师在实施前接受了标准化培训。学生在干预开始前完成了2-3次动作熟悉课程。方案实施的依从性通过每周突击审计使用标准化检查表进行评估,并根据需要提供补充教师培训。 对照组继续常规体育课程,包括传统热身(静态拉伸)、技能训练和放松,时间匹配(每周3次体育课,每次40分钟)。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

This plan was developed in January 2024 by a multidisciplinary expert group, including sports science and pediatric health experts, and designed four sports modules compatible with the school's physical education curriculum framework, integrating physical training into daily physical education classes. During the period of May to July 2024, intervention schools conducted a pilot study. Based on the implementation limitations identified through student feedback and teacher evaluation, the plan has been revised to include three 40 minute physical education classes per week 1. Functional warm-up (10 minutes): Functional dynamic movements (such as lateral opening and closing jumps, cross jumps) combined with functional dynamic stretching, especially movements aimed at improving the stability of the upper body core (such as the improved version of the world's greatest stretching, triangle stretching). 2. Original training cycle (10 minutes): Strictly follow the regular teaching plan of the school, maintain the original 50 meter run, skipping rope, and sit up training. 3. Functional Resistance Training (15 minutes): Skill related training aimed at strength, coordination, agility, and balance (such as alternating lunge rotation and stretching, bird dog plank support, unilateral hip bridge) to directly improve core test performance indicators. 4. Functional relaxation (5 minutes): structured dynamic stretching and breathing exercises. Physical education teachers received standardized training before implementation. Students completed 2-3 motion familiarization courses before the intervention began. The compliance of the implementation plan is evaluated through weekly surprise audits using standardized checklists, and supplementary teacher training is provided as needed. The control group continued with routine physical education courses, including traditional warm-up (static stretching), skill training, and relaxation, with time matching (3 physical education classes per week, each lasting 40 minutes).

排除标准为具有已知的心血管疾病、肾脏功能异常或肾脏疾病、脊柱侧弯或其他器质性疾病的不适宜进行中高强度运动的小学生。

Exclusion criteria:

The exclusion criteria are primary school students with known cardiovascular diseases, abnormal kidney function or kidney diseases, scoliosis or other organic diseases who are not suitable for moderate to high-intensity exercise.
