研究目的:

本研究以项目指南要求的研究内容“生活方式干预2型糖尿病前期人群全国多中心随机对照研究”为目标,对全国多中心控糖膳食方案和个性化运动干预对不同地区糖尿病前期人群的作用效果以及依从性进行RCT试验研究。本研究以循证医学为基石,系统回顾既往研究成果,整合营养学和运动医学领域的前沿进展,纳入受试者多项指标,包括基础信息、生活方式问卷、代谢指标检测、膳食记录和运动量评估,采用多中心横断面研究设计,通过整合大数据分析,并运用多元线性回归分析、逻辑回归分析、聚类分析、亚组分析、机器学习等方法,深入挖掘影响糖尿病前期人群代谢模式和膳食运动需求的关键因素,对不同地区人群患病风险精准评估和模型构建,辅以大数据分析技术,对干预模式的有效性进行严谨评估,最终形成一套可推广应用、基于循证医学和数据驱动下不断优化改良的糖尿病前期人群膳食运动干预方案。  

Objectives of Study:

In this study, the research content required by the project guideline "national multicenter randomized controlled study of lifestyle intervention in people with prediabetes type 2" was the goal, and the effect and compliance of the national multicenter glucose-controlled diet program and personalized exercise intervention on people with prediabetes in different regions were studied. Based on evidence-based medicine, this study systematically reviewed the previous research results, integrated the cutting-edge progress in the field of nutrition and sports medicine, and included a number of subject indicators, including basic information, lifestyle questionnaires, metabolic index detection, dietary records and exercise assessment, and adopted a multi-center cross-sectional study design, through the integration of big data analysis, and the use of multiple linear regression analysis, logistic regression analysis, cluster analysis, subgroup analysis, machine learning and other methods. Deeply excavate the key factors affecting the metabolic pattern and dietary exercise needs of prediabetic populations, accurately assess the risk of disease in different regions and construct models, supplemented by big data analysis technology, to rigorously evaluate the effectiveness of the intervention mode, and finally form a set of dietary exercise intervention programs for prediabetic populations that can be popularized and applied, continuously optimized and improved based on evidence-based medicine and data-driven.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

(1)已诊断为糖尿病(包括1型和2型)的患者; (2)有严重的内分泌疾病,如甲状腺功能异常、肾上腺疾病等,可能影响糖代谢的内分泌疾病; (3)有严重的心血管疾病,如不稳定性心绞痛、近期心肌梗死、严重心力衰竭等; (4)排除患有肾病和肝脏疾病的人群: (5)排除残疾、癌症或结核病和艾滋病等传染病: (6)正在参与其他干预研究、对研究药物或方法过敏、研究者认为不适合参与的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) Patients who have been diagnosed with diabetes mellitus (including type 1 and type 2); (2) Severe endocrine diseases, such as thyroid dysfunction, adrenal gland diseases, etc., endocrine diseases that may affect glucose metabolism; (3) Have serious cardiovascular diseases, such as unstable angina, recent myocardial infarction, severe heart failure, etc.; (4) Exclusion of people with kidney disease and liver disease: (5) Exclusion of disability, cancer or infectious diseases such as tuberculosis and AIDS: (6) Participation in other intervention studies, hypersensitivity to study drugs or methods, other conditions deemed inappropriate by the investigator for participation.
