研究目的：

本课题研究建立离焦镜在配戴者眼内视网膜形成实际离焦量的检测方法，研究配戴离焦镜片后瞳高及瞳距变化对眼内实际离焦量的影响，形成离焦微结构镜片关键参数临床验配指南。  

Objectives of Study：

This research aims to establish a methodology for quantifying the actual defocus magnitude induced by lenslets on the wearer's retina, investigate the effects of post-fitting variations in pupil height (PH) and interpupillary distance (IPD) on intraocular defocus profiles, and develop clinical fitting guidelines for key parameters of spectacles with lenslets.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.对复方托吡卡胺眼液过敏的受试者；
2.既往眼部疾病史（包含弱视及临床意义的斜视）；
3.既往眼部手术史；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Allergy to compound tropicamide eye drops.
2.History of ocular diseases (including amblyopia and clinically significant strabismus).
3.History of ocular surgery;
