（1）探索失眠障碍及相关疾病的发病特点。 （2）基于数字疗法，探索失眠障碍及相关疾病的预后特征。 （3）基于随访评估，探索失眠障碍及相关疾病的分型特征。 （4）建立基于数字疗法随访的失眠相关疾病患者数据库，为进一步研究失眠相关疾病提供数据支持。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Explore the pathogenic characteristics of insomnia disorders and related diseases. (2) Based on digital therapy, explore the prognostic features of insomnia disorders and related diseases. (3) Based on follow-up assessments, explore the typing characteristics of insomnia disorders and related diseases. (4) Establish a database of insomnia-related disease patients based on digital therapy follow-up to provide data support for further research on insomnia-related diseases.
