本研究旨在通过前瞻性随机临床试验,比较采用基于5E教学模式的案例教学法与采用传统的教学方法在骨科临床教学中的有效性。包括授课态度、授课水平、教学模式、课堂秩序、对学生能力培养的满意程度等方面。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to compare the effectiveness of the case teaching method based on the 5E teaching model and the traditional teaching method in orthopedic clinical teaching through a prospective randomized clinical trial. This includes aspects such as teaching attitude, teaching level, teaching mode, classroom order, and satisfaction with the cultivation of students' abilities.

排除标准:

①违反实习医师相关规章制度 ;②拒绝参与本次教学研究 ;③因自身或家庭原因中途退出。

Exclusion criteria:

1.Violation of relevant rules and regulations for intern physicians; 2.Refuse to participate in this teaching research; 3.Withdraw halfway due to personal or family reasons.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

Data were collected by electronic medical record system and checked by two persons to ensure the accuracy of data entry and reduce human error. The electronic medical record system can realize real-time data update, quick query and statistical analysis, improve research efficiency, facilitate data backup and management, and ensure data security.
