研究目的：

通过前瞻性纵向分析OP患者自我管理水平的变化趋势，分析其与患者的疾病感知度、自我管理水平、自我效能及骨密度值的相关性；了解其不同发展轨迹，分析其自我管理发展的不同潜在类别及相关影响因素；为医护人员改善OP患者自我管理，减轻症状负担给与指导依据。构建OP 患者自我管理的JITAI干预方案，为改善OP患者自我管理水平提供干预方法，减轻骨质疏松性骨质的发生，减轻家庭及社会负担。  

Objectives of Study：

Through prospective longitudinal analysis of the changes in the self-management level of OP patients, the correlations between it and the patients' disease perception, self-management level, self-efficacy and bone density values were analyzed; the different development trajectories were understood, and the different potential categories of self-management development and related influencing factors were analyzed; to provide guidance for medical staff to improve the self-management of OP patients and reduce the symptom burden by understanding the correlations. The JITAI intervention plan for self-management of OP patients was constructed to provide intervention methods for improving the self-management level of OP patients, reducing the occurrence of osteoporotic bone loss, and alleviating the burden on families and society.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①严重精神疾病障碍、认知障碍和语言障碍；②长期卧床患者 ③存在待解决的医疗纠纷问题。

Exclusion criteria：

1 Severe mental illness disorders, cognitive impairments and language disorders; 2 Patients who have been bedridden for a long time; 3 Existing unresolved medical disputes.
