纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.近3月内曾接受过心理治疗； 2.患有视觉疾病和其他神经系统疾病； 3.存在精神疾病、沟通障碍或认知障碍； 4.由于其他原因不能坚持完成本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Received psychological treatment within the last 3 months; 2. Suffering from visual disorders or other neurological diseases; 3. Having mental illnesses, communication disorders, or cognitive impairments; 4. Unable to complete this study for other reasons.
