探究经颅直流电刺激对MCI人群抑制控制及选择性注意等认知控制功能的神经调控作用。  

Objectives of Study：

Investigating the Neuromodulatory Effects of Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation (tDCS) on Cognitive Control Functions (Inhibitory Control and Selective Attention) in Individuals with Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI)

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

有严重听力和沟通交流障碍及躯体功能障碍；服用精神类药物，酒精依赖者；患有重度痴呆、抑郁症、精神分裂等严重神经精神疾病；患有脑炎、脑外伤等脑器质性疾病；实验期间主动退出或因故无法继续参与者。此外，安装心脏起搏器或颅内金属植入物等，有癫痫病史、脑卒中病史等，配合度差，不能耐受刺激，近三个月内接受过tDCS治疗及出现不良事件或病情加重者被排除在本实验外。

Exclusion criteria：

Severe hearing/communication impairments or physical disabilities; Current use of psychotropic medications or alcohol dependence; Major neuropsychiatric disorders (e.g., severe dementia, major depressive disorder, schizophrenia); Organic brain diseases (e.g., encephalitis, traumatic brain injury); Voluntary withdrawal or inability to complete the study; Contraindications for tDCS: Cardiac pacemakers or intracranial metal implantsl; History of epilepsy or stroke; Poor compliance or tDCS intolerance; tDCS treatment within 3 months or prior adverse events; Clinical deterioration during the study period.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

主要研究者采用 SPSS 软件中的随机数发生器（Rv.uniform）生成随机数字，参与者将按照入组顺序编号，将编号与此前生成的随机数字对应，将参与者分配到tDCS阳极刺激组与tDCS假刺激组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The principal investigator used the random number generator (Rv.uniform) in SPSS software to generate random numbers. Participants were sequentially numbered according to their enrollment order. These numbers were then matched with the pre-generated random numbers to allocate participants to either the anodal tDCS group or the sham tDCS group.

The study data are expected to be shared after publication, with Baidu Netdisk as the preliminary sharing platform. Adjustments will be made flexibly according to the specific requirements of the eventual publication journal.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

采用Neuroscan公司64导脑电设备采集参与者行为学与脑电数据，采用实验专用硬盘，以及网络平台如百度网盘、wps云盘等进行数据管理与储存。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

EEG data and behavioral recordings were acquired using a 64-channel Neuroscan system. All data were stored on dedicated experimental hard drives with additional backups on network platforms including Baidu Netdisk and WPS Cloud, following standardized data management protocols.
