1.探索注射用磷霉素钠防治感染及感染相关疾病的处方科室、感染部位； 2.探索注射用磷霉素钠治疗耐药菌感染的病原菌及细菌清除情况； 3.探索不同用法用量注射用磷霉素钠临床使用的安全性和有效性； 4.探索注射用磷霉素钠与其他抗菌药物联合用药方案。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Exploring prescription and infection sites for the prevention and treatment of infection-related diseases by injection of fosfomycin sodium; 2.Exploring the use of fosfomycin sodium for the treatment of drug-resistant bacterial infections and bacterial eradication; 3.Exploring the safety and effectiveness of clinical use of fosfomycin sodium for different usage and dosage; 4.Explore the combination of fosfomycin sodium for injection and other antimicrobial agents.
