研究目的：

本课题基于现有规范指南，融合动态营养监测及膳食节律干预措施对GDM母婴代谢健康进行管理，开发基于“管理-监测-动态调整”策略的个性化母儿协同营养精准管理方案，并通过健康教育评估方案对GDM母婴健康的影响及可行性，从而形成GDM母婴精准营养管理规范。

Objectives of Study：

This project is based on existing clinical guidelines and integrates dynamic nutritional monitoring with dietary rhythm interventions to manage metabolic health in mothers with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) and their offspring. It aims to develop a personalized, mother–child coordinated precision nutrition management program guided by a “management–monitoring–dynamic adjustment” strategy. Furthermore, the project will evaluate the impact and feasibility of this program on maternal and infant health through health education interventions, ultimately establishing a standardized protocol for precision nutrition management in GDM mother–infant pairs.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.生后符合新生儿住院标准并入住新生儿科的患儿； 2.有遗传性或精神障碍性疾病、严重心血管、内分泌、代谢性、神经系统疾病等的母亲（妊娠糖尿病不排除，但如果是孕前患有糖尿病，要排除）； 3.新生儿患有较为严重的疾病（如肿瘤、先天性心脏病、先天性营养代谢性疾病等）； 4.无法按计划完成随访的家庭。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Infants who meet the hospitalization criteria for newborns and are admitted to the neonatal department; 2. Mothers with hereditary or mental disorders, severe cardiovascular, endocrine, metabolic, or nervous system diseases (gestational diabetes is not excluded, but pre-existing diabetes before pregnancy is excluded); 3. Newborns with relatively severe diseases (such as tumors, congenital heart disease, congenital nutritional metabolic diseases, etc.); 4. Families unable to complete follow-up as planned.

运用SAS 9.4软件生成随机序列，采用分层简单随机化，将参与医院作为分层因素，在各医院内部独立实施随机化，确保每个医院内的组间平衡。

Random sequences were generated using SAS 9.4 software (Copyright © 2016 by SAS Institute Inc., Cary, NC, USA). A stratified simple randomization design was applied, with participating hospitals used as stratification factors. Randomization was conducted independently within each hospital to ensure balance between groups at each site.
