研究目的：

探讨强脉冲光治疗的选择性光热分解效应对眼表环境的改善机制，并评估其对眼内环境的是否存在潜在影响。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore the mechanism by which the selective photothermolysis effect of intense pulsed light (IPL) improves the ocular surface environment and to assess whether IPL treatment has any potential effects on the intraocular environment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

高度近视超过-6.00D或眼轴长度＞26mm；眼术后、眼底疾病、眼外伤患者；高血压、糖尿病患者血压血糖控制不良；晶状体明显浑浊影响眼底检测患者；眼周IPL操作范围内大片斑、痣等色素遮挡患者

Exclusion criteria：

Patients were excluded if they had high myopia exceeding -6.00 diopters or an axial length greater than 26 mm; a history of ocular surgery, fundus diseases, or ocular trauma; poorly controlled hypertension or diabetes; significant lens opacity affecting fundus evaluation; or large pigmented lesions (e.g., nevi or patches) within the periocular area designated for IPL treatment.
