研究目的：

通过肺超声评分评估，进一步比较不同通气模式对肝部分切除术患者肺通气功能及相关呼吸动力指标的影响,为临床选择最适合的通气模式提供数据支持，优化围术期的通气管理策略,推动肺部超声评分技术在围术期管理的作用与临床验证。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the evaluation of pulmonary ultrasound score, the effects of different ventilation modes on pulmonary ventilation function and related respiratory dynamic indexes in patients undergoing partial hepatic resection were further compared, so as to provide data support for clinical selection of the most suitable ventilation mode, optimize the perioperative ventilation management strategy, and promote the role and clinical verification of lung ultrasound scoring technology in perioperative management.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.既往有往胸内手术史、心肺功能严重受损状态；
2.有智力迟钝或严重认知障碍；
3.急性呼吸系统相关疾病；
4.可疑困难气道；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previous history of intrathoracic surgery, severe impairment of cardiopulmonary function; 2. mental retardation or severe cognitive impairment; 3. Acute respiratory-related illness; 4. Suspicious difficulty airway;
